Spendmori Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Spendmori. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you download, install, access, or use the Spendmori app, website, and related services provided by Arzensoft (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using Spendmori, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Spendmori.

Using Spendmori​

We give you permission to use Spendmori for personal and lawful purposes.

You may not:

  • use Spendmori for anything illegal or harmful;
  • try to access another person’s account or data;
  • disrupt or damage the app or its services;
  • copy, resell, or commercially exploit Spendmori without our permission; or
  • reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.

Your Account​

Some features require an account. Please provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and tell us if you believe someone has used your account without permission.

Your Data​

You own the transactions, accounts, categories, images, reports, and other information you add to Spendmori.

We may store and process this information only as needed to provide and improve Spendmori. Please keep your own backup of any information you cannot afford to lose.

Spendmori is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not provide financial, tax, accounting, investment, or legal advice.

Premium Features and Purchases​

Spendmori may offer premium features through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The following prices are stated in United States dollars:

Monthly Subscription​

  • Billing period: one month
  • Price: $1.99 USD per month
  • Renewal: automatically renews each month unless canceled

Yearly Subscription​

  • Billing period: one year
  • Price: $19.99 USD per year
  • Renewal: automatically renews each year unless canceled

Lifetime Purchase​

  • Billing period: one-time purchase
  • Price: $49.99 USD
  • Renewal: none

“Lifetime” means access to the applicable premium features for as long as Spendmori continues to offer them. It does not mean that the app or every feature will be available forever.

The final price and currency shown by the App Store or Google Play at checkout apply to your purchase. Local prices may be different because of taxes, exchange rates, or regional store pricing.

Subscription Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds​

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm your purchase. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the current billing period ends.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting Spendmori, uninstalling the app, or deleting your Spendmori account does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, you can use premium features until the paid period ends.

Apple or Google handles payments and refunds under its own rules. Contact the store where you made the purchase if you need to request a refund.

If a subscription price changes, Apple or Google will provide any notice or request any consent required for the change.

Privacy and Account Deletion​

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with Spendmori.

You may delete your Spendmori account at any time. Deleted account data cannot be recovered. Account deletion does not cancel an active store subscription.

Spendmori’s Content​

Spendmori, its software, design, branding, and all content we provide are owned by Arzensoft or its licensors. Using the app does not transfer ownership of this content to you.

Third-Party Services​

Spendmori uses services provided by other companies, including Apple, Google, and cloud-service providers. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply when you use their services.

Our Responsibility​

We do our best to keep Spendmori working, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free from errors. We may need to change, pause, or stop parts of the app.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by app interruptions, errors, or lost data. Nothing in these Terms takes away any consumer rights you have under the law.

Suspension and Termination​

You may stop using Spendmori at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, harm the app or other users, or if the law requires us to do so.

Changes to These Terms​

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page and provide notice in the app when appropriate. If you continue using Spendmori after the new Terms take effect, you accept the changes.
